TERMINALS
Waterfront owns and operates its terminal facility on the Rouge River in Detroit and, through its sister companies, additional terminal facilities for liquid commodities located in Upstate Michigan and Southern Lake Michigan (Chicago).
 
TRANS-LOADING
Waterfront and its affiliates own and operate portable trans-loading equipment for liquid cargos. Waterfront and its affiliates can heat with steam or hot oil to 350 F degrees, and pump even viscous products at rates up to 1000 GPM. Waterfront and its affiliates have designed and built custom equipment for our customers applications. Lets discuss your needs!
 
PLANT ENERGY ANALYSIS
Our highly experienced team will perform a thorough analysis of your plant, equipment, use patterns, air permits, etc., to advise you of your best options to improve your energy costs and to make the most of your overall energy program.
 
PLANT EQUIPMENT DESIGN, INSTALLATION, FINANCING
We have consulted, designed and built plant equipment for our customers including aviation tank farms, specialty handling equipment, pumps, heaters, pre-heaters, truck unload stations, large storage tanks, asphalt tanks, plant fuel systems, truck/rail transfer stations. TEMPORARY STORAGE TANKS
We have a fleet of transportable storage tanks for lease. We can move and set up tanks on your site for temporary storage of propane/pressurized gasses, fuels, or high temperature liquid asphalt and heavy fuels.
